Tiara is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, New York City. She approaches her work with reverence for the body, understanding that it houses the spirit. Moving tissue to release energetic blockages and activate stagnant energy, Tiara facilitates an individual's own capacity for healing. She utilizes her extensive knowledge of bodywork techniques – Swedish, Lomilomi, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue  – as well as the energetic and vibrational modalities of Aromatherapy, CranioSacral, Healing Touch and Reiki – to create a uniquely powerful healing experience for each client.
